official webpage of artist Chloe Calder.Based in Highlands, Scotland.
Specialising in painting on paper, specifically working in a range of select mixed media, primarily watercolour and graphite, to create paintings, artist books and installations that depict the affliction of mental illness upon both the psychological and physical state.
I use my own body, mind, and domestic setting as a reference to a series of works of the artist's vulnerable and emotionally evocative, figurative, self-portraits, to depict my struggles with mental health best.

what’s on in 2023
this year marks the end of my time as a student and i am now free to persue my artistic endevours openly.
my commisions are now open and from here i will look to start on a new body of work, and to further my network.
Glasgow School of Arts degree show
